Fiberglass Workshop

In 1997, Fiberglass Workshop was established at a high starting point with the participation of foreign experts in design. The superb product quality mostly depends on the excellent production facilities which are not possessed by other common fiber glass factories. It has two air suction spraying chambers, two large resin glue sprayers, one water spray type closed air suction polishing chamber, one common air suction polishing chamber, one large baking chamber and 17 air suction working benches. The gel coat made by large glue sprayer has excellent surface quality, even and plump, after simply polished, work piece can be painted directly. The division has sufficient employees assigned to separated working stations in production line to paste, cut and polish, install embedded part and polish with water, all products are produced in flow production line, their quality can be effectively controlled in each working station.

At present, the main products of the workshop are front and rear wall skin of luxury bus, casing of bus air conditioning,front and rear bumper of luxury bus, various bus flaps, flap of rear engine compartment, inner cover panel of passenger door, inner skin of bus roof, air intake pipe of engine and various interior trimming parts etc. Based on single shift, every year the workshop can produce 800 sets of parts for middle and small bus, 500 sets for large bus. In addition, it has two vacuum pumps and one 200t hydraulic press for various shaping processing including manual lay-up, die pressing and auxiliary vacuum shaping. According to the production capacity, many fiberglass products can be produced here such as dashboard, engine hood, fender, sanitary wares, seats, dustbin and sun shelter etc. It can produce fiber glass mat, fiber glass cloth and U-pica mat etc. In addition, with special large bench for making molds,a series of wooden mold manufacturing tools and several professional molders, it can manufacture various wooden molds in large, middle and small dimensions and molds for fiber glass product for other companies.

We can produce bus wiring harness, blow molding bus seat and luxurious rearview mirror, and is capable to design and manufacture bus parts and components and nonstandard equipment at customer’s request

 
Painting Workshop

Parts Painting Workshop under Stamping Workshop has one frame line and one comprehensive line for the pretreatment work of chassis frame, floor frame and some other large frames such as degrease, pickling, phosphating and primer dipping. The continuous processes can be completed on the conveying chain like: primer baking, final coating spraying and baking. After final baking, parts can be put to use directly. The overall productive capacity of two lines is 3000 pieces (single shift)...

There are one integrated closed spraying treatment line for degreasing, pickling and phosphating, 2 hanging conveying chains in comprehensive line. Work pieces on conveying chain go into 10 separate spraying chambers on integrated spraying treatment line in turn, after sprayed by a lot of nozzles from different angles and directions, they can get excellent treatment effect. In addition, comprehensive line has steam baking chamber,water rotation spraying chamber of primer and final coating and baking chamber of primer and final coating. A series of technique processes can be completed when the work pieces are on the conveying chain, including pre-treatment, primer spraying and top coat spraying etc. Parts can be immediately put into use, the production efficiency is very high. The designed productive capacity is 1.34 million pieces per year (single shift), ranging from various connecting parts,sealing plate,strip,flat plate,box assembly,small steel beam assembly and various frame assemblies to front and rear iron wall skin of bus.

In the physics and chemistry lab, most inspection devices were imported, with which painting material and degrease trough, pickling trough and phosphating trough can be inspected at any moment, assuring the key parameters and painting quality.

  • Metalwork Workshop affiliated to Metalwork and Parts Workshop has 79 equipments including common lathe / vertical lathe / contour lathe / horizontal milling machine / vertical milling machine / planer / sawing machine / press / borer / slotting machine / vertical drilling machine / radial drilling machine / centerless grinder / cylindrical grinder / internal grinder / surface grinding machine / screw rolling machine / detecting machine etc.

In addition, it also has special production line of front hub,front axle, front axle assembly line and front hub assembly line. This workshop has manufactured bus front axle for more than 40 years, until now, more than 100,000 front axles have been sold to market and received good comments from users.

Pipe Workshop

Pipe Workshop has complete processing equipments for blanking, bending, shaping, finishing cutting, end-milling, horizontal milling and drilling. Among them, a vertical circular sawing machine, manufactured by KASTO Company in Germany, can precisely process rectangular pipes and angle steels of different angles. Pipe bender for large irregular pipe and NC pipe bender, manufactured by LANG Company in Germany, can process rectangular pipe of all radians in two dimensional directions.
This division can produce air intake and exhaust steel pipe used on chassis, water heating copper tube, stainless steel intercooling pipe and bus handrail pipe through a series of working procedures including rough blanking,bending,fine cutting,drilling,flange welding,flanging,blazing of connections (copper welding and silver welding) and air pressure leak detection. The annual yield is about 3000 sets (for buses).

The division can produce aluminum flaps with a series of working procedures including blanking, shape pressing, fine cutting, milling, drilling, argon arc welding, polishing, shaping and welding of skin and skeleton. There are two ESABMig 400t argon arc welding machines in this workshop, which were manufactured by ESAB Company in Sweden and can work high efficiently with the good welding surface and less defect. The annual yield is about 400 units (for bus).
The workshop is equipped with various shearing and bending machines and imported welding equipment, it can overtake the welding and assembly work of bus body framework, bin door skeleton etc, the annual productive capacity of bus body framework is about 4000 sets.
