Tools Workshop belonging to Metalwork and Tools Workshop mainly takes charge of the making, installation and adjustment of various jigs, molds and nonstandard equipment and maintenance of various molds. And it can process various mechanical parts for other companies.

  • Metalwork Workshop affiliated to Metalwork and Parts Workshop has 79 equipments including common lathe / vertical lathe / contour lathe / horizontal milling machine / vertical milling machine / planer / sawing machine / press / borer / slotting machine / vertical drilling machine / radial drilling machine / centerless grinder / cylindrical grinder / internal grinder / surface grinding machine / screw rolling machine / detecting machine etc.

In addition, it also has special production line of front hub,front axle, front axle assembly line and front hub assembly line. This workshop has manufactured bus front axle for more than 40 years, until now, more than 100,000 front axles have been sold to market and received good comments from users.


Pipe Workshop

Pipe Workshop has complete processing equipments for blanking, bending, shaping, finishing cutting, end-milling, horizontal milling and drilling. Among them, a vertical circular sawing machine, manufactured by KASTO Company in Germany, can precisely process rectangular pipes and angle steels of different angles. Pipe bender for large irregular pipe and NC pipe bender, manufactured by LANG Company in Germany, can process rectangular pipe of all radians in two dimensional directions.
This division can produce air intake and exhaust steel pipe used on chassis, water heating copper tube, stainless steel intercooling pipe and bus handrail pipe through a series of working procedures including rough blanking,bending,fine cutting,drilling,flange welding,flanging,blazing of connections (copper welding and silver welding) and air pressure leak detection. The annual yield is about 3000 sets (for buses).

The division can produce aluminum flaps with a series of working procedures including blanking, shape pressing, fine cutting, milling, drilling, argon arc welding, polishing, shaping and welding of skin and skeleton. There are two ESABMig 400t argon arc welding machines in this workshop, which were manufactured by ESAB Company in Sweden and can work high efficiently with the good welding surface and less defect. The annual yield is about 400 units (for bus).
The workshop is equipped with various shearing and bending machines and imported welding equipment, it can overtake the welding and assembly work of bus body framework, bin door skeleton etc, the annual productive capacity of bus body framework is about 4000 sets.
