In 1997, Fiberglass Workshop was established at a high starting point with the participation of foreign experts in design. The superb product quality mostly depends on the excellent production facilities which are not possessed by other common fiber glass factories. It has two air suction spraying chambers, two large resin glue sprayers, one water spray type closed air suction polishing chamber, one common air suction polishing chamber, one large baking chamber and 17 air suction working benches. The gel coat made by large glue sprayer has excellent surface quality, even and plump, after simply polished, work piece can be painted directly. The division has sufficient employees assigned to separated working stations in production line to paste, cut and polish, install embedded part and polish with water, all products are produced in flow production line, their quality can be effectively controlled in each working station.

At present, the main products of the workshop are front and rear wall skin of luxury bus, casing of bus air conditioning,front and rear bumper of luxury bus, various bus flaps, flap of rear engine compartment, inner cover panel of passenger door, inner skin of bus roof, air intake pipe of engine and various interior trimming parts etc. Based on single shift, every year the workshop can produce 800 sets of parts for middle and small bus, 500 sets for large bus. In addition, it has two vacuum pumps and one 200t hydraulic press for various shaping processing including manual lay-up, die pressing and auxiliary vacuum shaping. According to the production capacity, many fiberglass products can be produced here such as dashboard, engine hood, fender, sanitary wares, seats, dustbin and sun shelter etc. It can produce fiber glass mat, fiber glass cloth and U-pica mat etc. In addition, with special large bench for making molds,a series of wooden mold manufacturing tools and several professional molders, it can manufacture various wooden molds in large, middle and small dimensions and molds for fiber glass product for other companies.

We can produce bus wiring harness, blow molding bus seat and luxurious rearview mirror, and is capable to design and manufacture bus parts and components and nonstandard equipment at customer’s request
